In late winter, and early spring our focus is on maple syrup. We have approximately 1,000 taps and have produced about 170 gallons of syrup this year! Did you know that it takes 40 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup?
Jayne Boiling. The back "pan" holds more water saturated sap and the front "pan" holds the sap that is closest to syrup!
Gordon is moving the syrup form the finishing evaporator to their bottles. Jayne is putting the caps on the bottles
